WKS-600 Full-Automatic Double-head Tin Dipping Machine
Product Introduction
1. Apply Mitsubishi control system; Mitsubishi PLC controller coordinates with the servo motor control, thus positions of wire delivery, cutting, peeling, torsion wire and tin pick-up will be accurate and stable. Fully imported components enable equipment to have the guaranteed quality, thus operation will be lasting, smooth and stable.
2. Full-computer control: including wire-cutting length, peeling length, semi-peeling length, torsion wire length, torsion wire tightness, tin pick-up length, computer toolsetting(no need for spacer), scaling powder dripping frequency, dripping time, digital computer operation, and input on screen.
3. With the computer automatic detection, it will stop with lower air pressure, motor fault and belt abnormality. Also, it will detect and display causes for fault, so as to remove faults rapidly. The computer will automatically remind shortage of wire and insufficient scaling powder.
4. Waste applies vacuum intake mode to solve splash trouble of tin scaling powder. It is clean, convenient and simple.
5. Machine operation is featured with low noise, low power consumption, high speed and high efficiency. And the computer has the memory storage function.
